Content Manager (Full Time)

Bridge Learning Tech is a leading learning tech and digital change management consultancy. We successfully work across a range of industries, particularly with automotive manufacturers and other global consultancies implementing learningand tech solutions to optimise workplace efficiency, increase profits and improve customer services. To continue our success story, we are looking for a Content Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience (including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.);
  • Contribute to the sales activities by writing up the proposals and tender documents;
  • Working with the Creative Team, create content materials that includes storyboards creation;
  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content;
  • Manage and develop the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.


  • Previous experience in creative and content management for 3 – 5 years;
  • Copywriting experience;
  • Keep current with inbound marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources;
  • Self-motivation, self-awareness, self-discipline, self-improvement, use good judgment, positive energy, willingness to help others;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
